For real emergencies call 911

  • 9-1-1 is for police, fire, or medical emergencies when immediate action is required: someone’s health, safety or property is in jeopardy or a crime is in progress

Examples of when to call 911

  • An event that involves an immediate threat to a person or property: screams, attacks, gunshots, fire, car accident with injuries or any other medical emergency
  • A substantive, in-progress crime. This includes fights, break and enters
    (if there is a suspect on scene) or a report of an impaired driver
  • A serious crime that has just occurred (e.g., sexual assault or robbery)
  • A suspicious circumstance that may indicate an imminent criminal act (e.g., prowler, vandal)

2) If not, please contact your building operator/superintendent

  • Flood, leaking pipes, roof leak, sewer back up
  • No heat
  • No water
  • Elevator not working
  • Garage overhead door not functioning
  • Building security seriously compromised
  • Power failure

Non-Emergency Situations
The following situations should be dealt with during regular business hours:

  • Parking passes needed **
  • Car parked in your assigned parking stall **
  • Lost keys or fobs **
  • Moving in or out **
  • Intercom changes
  • Intercom not working

  • Vehicle ticketed **
  • Vehicle towed (call local Bylaw enforcement agency; number is listed on parking lot signs) **
  • Barking dog (call local Bylaw enforcement agency) **
  • Administrative requests
