Please fill out the Status Request Form and email it back to us. You may download the form from your resident portal.
Condominium Status Certificate fee is prescribed by the Condominium Act (1998) at a rate of $100 (including taxes), payable in advance via cash, money order or certified cheque. Please allow for up to 10 days from the receipt of the written request and payment.
